Our Purpose
Hello, I’m Meirna!
I didn’t plan on becoming part of the dental world, but life had beautiful plans of its own.
With an educational background in Human Resources and a Masters in Business Administration, my dream was to climb the corporate ladder!
Then, I married into dentistry and I stepped into a space that took over my mission and became fulfilling - The Family Business.
What began as helping behind the scenes turned into over a decade of leading operations and managing multiple dental practices. Along the way, I discovered; there’s beauty in building a purposeful business and there’s strength in leading with: Love, Value and Energy.
But here's the truth: any "business" can feel overwhelming... especially for independently owned dental practices who do not have the support.
From managing costs to leading a team, I saw firsthand how much time and energy is spent just trying to survive. That’s why I created Dental Procure; a Dental Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) made for Independent Canadian Dental practices like yours & ours.
