With a background in Human Resources and an MBA specializing in Marketing, Meirna is passionate about strengthening operations, building high-performing teams, and creating systems that support sustainable, intentional growth.
As a dentist’s wife and mom, she brings a practical, people-first perspective to leadership, helping practices reduce operational chaos, gain financial clarity, and scale in a way that feels aligned and purposeful.
